I have always liked to create photographs of landscapes and panoramic views. While things were pretty hard in the old days, technology has advances so far as to allow every smart phone or camera user today to shoot panos. When I first started, I shot multiple slides, scanned them, and then tried to stitch them up with a lot of manual effort. Later panorama tools got much better and allowed automatic alignment of the images and automatic blending yielding very good results.
Nowadays I usually shoot image series of any subject that I can’t fit into a single frame and have Photoshop automatically stitch the images. And after few manual adjustments, I get what I want.
Here are a few example images.
